How much does shipping cost?
For all orders over £15 we offer FREE standard delivery.
All orders under £15 will be charged a flat rate of £4.95 for standard delivery.
At the moment we’re only shipping within the United Kingdom. If the demand arises for us to ship overseas we will certainly look to provide this service. Please contact care@kindr.co.uk if you are an international customer and want to know more.
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to process all orders received before 2pm the very same day, to get them to you within 2-3 days of purchase.
All orders are dispatched from the UK and processed within 48 hours. Tracking numbers, if applicable, are included in dispatch confirmation emails.
The Kindr Company cannot be held accountable for deliveries delayed to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to: Customs, service strikes, civil commotion, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Kindr currently uses EVRi business couriers for all UK deliveries. This may change in the future as we strive to find the most economical and sustainable way to deliver our products to you.
Can I return or exchange a product?
If you need to return a product to us, please contact us at care@kindr.co.uk with your order number which you can find on your order confirmation email and let us know the reason for wanting to return or exchange.
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. More information can be found in our Online Terms and Conditions.
